Certificate Programs
Certificate programs are non-credit programs developed for people currently in the construction industry who need or want more formal construction management knowledge. The programs, taught by industry experts and ASU faculty, are specifically designed to serve the educational needs of working professionals.
Industry-related professionals who will also benefit from the programs include accountants and CPAs, attorneys, managers, insurance assessors, human resources and marketing professionals, property appraisers, realtors and developers, and lenders.
ACE currently offers two certificate programs:
Construction Management Certificate Program
The Construction Management Certificate Program enhances knowledge of the business of construction and helps students gain a broader understanding of the construction process. The program focuses on the construction phase of the project and provides tools to understand all of the components of this phase.
Project Management Certificate Program
The Project Management Certificate Program provides students with the skills to manage an entire construction project from beginning to end. The course content is intended to assure a balanced understanding of project management principles and practices including professional and philosophical standards that distinguish the modern-day construction practitioner.
