Explore “prevailing wage and fringe benefits,” the Copeland “Anti-kickback” Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (CWHSSA) and review background information on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Miller Act, including surety bond requirements.
In part two, explore the compliance principles of the Davis Bacon and related Acts, completing certified payroll reports and examine investigations including issues that prompt investigation and what may happen before and after an investigation.
