Course Description:

Owner's are requiring the Construction Manager at Risk's (CMAR's) role to change by requiring the integration of architects, engineers and trade subcontractors to collaborate early in the life of a vertical project.  Preconstruction Services are now being brought in early on in the design and construction by the CMAR which can dramatically affect the eventual cost, quality and schedule of a project.

This training will enable teams to assess the project, review the conceptual and schematic designs, provide pricing information to the Architect/Engineer and Owner as well as evaluate the construction method and practice which impacts cost.
