Course Description:

Job Order Training (JOC) is an efficient way to getting numerous, commonly encountered renovation, repair, remodeling and smaller construction projects done easily and quickly under one contract. With an emphasis on the collaborative process embracing partnering and teamwork between Owners and Contractors, these projects are very successful.

Topics to be covered during this one day program are the JOC process, legal and operational considerations, the RFQ and the RFP, contracts, estimating and case studies along with lessons learned.
